R\u00e4tt s\u00e5 mycket fel. Men som tur \u00e4r finns det fortfarande tid att r\u00e4tta till problemet. Samtidigt hoppas jag att fler kan dra l\u00e4rdom av mitt misstag s\u00e5 fler slipper bli f\u00f6rv\u00e5nade, besvikna och hungriga. Ig\u00e5r tog jag tag i en surdeg som h\u00e4ngt \u00f6ver mig sedan jag b\u00f6rjade preppa. Hittills har jag bara h\u00f6ftat hur l\u00e4nge maten i mina f\u00f6rr\u00e5d kommer att r\u00e4cka. Tanken har varit n\u00e5got i stil med att en burk \u00e4rtsoppa \u00e4r en m\u00e5ltid. Sedan har jag r\u00e4knat utifr\u00e5n det. S\u00e5 fel det kan bli. G\u00e5rdagskv\u00e4llen tillbringades i mitt f\u00f6rr\u00e5d och har dokumenterat all mats kaloriinneh\u00e5ll och vikt. Sedan utgick jag fr\u00e5n att vi i snitt i familjen kommer att \u00e4ta 2500 kalorier per person och dag.<br \/>\nEnligt mitt \u00f6verslag hade vi mat f\u00f6r 60 dygn. N\u00e4r jag verkligen r\u00e4knade kalorierna visade det sig att det i sj\u00e4lva verket bara r\u00e4cker i 40 dygn. Detta \u00e4r illa, men samtidigt m\u00e5ste jag s\u00e4ga att jag \u00e4r glad att jag uppt\u00e4ckte det nu och inte precis efter ett SHTF-scenario. \u00c4n finns tid att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda detta.<br \/>\nEn annan mycket intressant bieffekt \u00e4r att jag l\u00e4ttare kan se vad som \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att k\u00f6pa hem f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 optimal effekt och variation. Och som lite hj\u00e4lp p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen till andra s\u00e5 kommer en liten lista \u00f6ver hur m\u00e5nga kalorier olika konserver inneh\u00e5ller. Sedan finns det sj\u00e4lvklart andra anledningar att ha l\u00e5gkalorikonserver i f\u00f6rr\u00e5det f\u00f6r t.ex variation eller vitamin\/mineral-inneh\u00e5ll.<br \/>\nN\u00e5gra intressanta observationer och slutsatser som jag drar f\u00f6r egen del \u00e4r att:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>picnicbog \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n burkskinka<\/li>\n<li>k\u00f6ttsoppa \u00e4r helt v\u00e4rdel\u00f6st j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med gulaschsoppa<\/li>\n<li>pasta och ris \u00e4r i princip helt j\u00e4mb\u00f6rdiga (d\u00e4remot f\u00e5r man titta p\u00e5 vatten och energi f\u00f6r att tillaga)<\/li>\n<li>vita b\u00f6nor i tomats\u00e5s \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra f\u00f6re kidneyb\u00f6nor<\/li>\n<li>surk\u00e5l tar upp mycket plats f\u00f6r lite kalorier (men har andra goda bieffekter)<\/li>\n<li>tonfisk i olja \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n makrill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nu \u00e5terst\u00e5r det helt enkelt att forts\u00e4tta p\u00e5 den inslagna v\u00e4gen, men med ny kunskap i ryggs\u00e4cken.
