Med det sagt, resan har varit l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n enkel eller problemfri.<br \/>\nSist jag slutade snusa, f\u00f6r sis\u00e5d\u00e4r tio \u00e5r sedan, gick jag upp \u00f6ver 20 kilo. Detta f\u00e5r inte h\u00e4nda nu, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r trappade jag ner p\u00e5 nikotinet successivt och har varit v\u00e4ldigt noga med att h\u00e5lla mig till LCHF, \u00e4ven om jag m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger varit snubblande n\u00e4ra att tr\u00f6st\u00e4ta n\u00e5got p\u00e5 grund av nikotinabstinens. \u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge har detta fungerat.
