Vi forts\u00e4tter p\u00e5 temat enkla l\u00e4rdomar. Eftersom f\u00f6rr\u00e5den f\u00f6rr eller senare m\u00e5ste roteras t\u00e4nkte jag att det skulle passa med en matrelaterad utmaning: \u00e4t av ditt f\u00f6rr\u00e5d under en helg. Du v\u00e4ljer sj\u00e4lv hur du definierar &#8220;helg&#8221;. F\u00f6r att undvika kaos p\u00e5 fredagen d\u00e5 fredagsmys med tacos m\u00e5ste avvaras, kanske det \u00e4r klokt att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag morgon. Maten kan tillagas med p\u00e5 din eldrivna spis eller hur du nu i vanliga fall tillagar mat. Med f\u00f6rdel roterar du s\u00e5 klart ut s\u00e5dant som \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att g\u00e5 ut. D\u00e4remot ska du undvika att komplettera med s\u00e5dant som du inte har i f\u00f6rr\u00e5det, exempelvis sm\u00f6r och gr\u00e4dde.<br \/>\nTanken med utmaningen \u00e4r att du ska kunna dra ett antal l\u00e4rdomar n\u00e4r du \u00e4r klar. F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta \u00e4r detta ett ypperligt tillf\u00e4lle att testa tesen &#8220;preppa det du \u00e4ter, \u00e4t det du preppar&#8221;. Det vill s\u00e4ga \u00e4r maten du preppar s\u00e5dant som du faktiskt kan \u00e4ta. Det andra att testa \u00e4r hur v\u00e4l du st\u00e5r dig p\u00e5 dina planerade portionsstorlekar. Blir du m\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en burk k\u00f6ttsoppa? Hur l\u00e4nge st\u00e5r du dig innan det b\u00f6rjar kurra i magen igen? Hur \u00e4r dina energiniv\u00e5er? Se det ocks\u00e5 som ett ypperligt tillf\u00e4lle att testa din familj (om s\u00e5dan finns) f\u00f6r att se vad som \u00e4ts upp och hur de reagerar p\u00e5 att leva p\u00e5 enbart &#8220;enkel&#8221; mat.<br \/>\nLycka till!
